Women's Bodies in Our Psychology

Women's Bodies in Our Psychology

A Poem by LisaButterfly

Women's Bodies in our psychology
In supermarkets
On billboards
On the side of a tram
On the tv screen
On the movie screen
Women's bodies in our psychology
Women's bodies in our psychology
Protect her
Protect her
Families and Societies
Governments and Teachers
Doctors and Nurses
Policemen and Policewomen
brothers and sisters
fathers and mothers
Protect Her
Her body is sacred
It is a sacred place
A place that cannot be invaded by people in boardrooms making decisions to sell her
Making decisions to profit off her sacred space
Women's bodies in our Psychology
Speak Up
Against People in the boardrooms
Against Cleo Magazine and Bonds Underwear advertisements
Women's Bodies in our Psychology
Speak Up
Speak Up
So that women are protected and kept safe
Covered in garments and all things beautiful
Like words and the cherish of a women's worth
Women's Bodies in our Psychology
Notice
Be Awake
Our Passiveness is our Acceptance
When you see a magazine or buy a chocolate bar and see a women's breast in your space
Turn it Around
And Speak Up

True that! I love the affect the repeating has on it

It's the woman that are posing. It's the hundreds of woman that are taking their clothes off in movies. It's the thousands of women that are doing porn. It's the woman's decision to accept the money that's offered. It's a shame but I agree with your sentiments.
