Where were you,
When I was singing a song, Where were you , When I forgot my lyrics... Where were you when my tiny eyes cried for those little butter fly clips. Where were you when I was screaming your name with silent lips. Where were you when I saw a girl in the garden, Wearing a pink parse, trying to walk, In the high heels of her mom, And when she fell down, Her mom was there to kiss her cheeks, Where were you when I was screaming your name with silent lips... Where were you when I got stuck in hopeless mess, Where were you when In me, Anger was the only emotion left. Where were you when I wanted a happy family, When I did not know, that it will become a Tragedy. Where were you when every ballerina came with their moms wearing make up and all. I were the one who was alone, with powder n Lip balm . I wanted your lipstick, I wanted your red scarf. I was wearing only my cape, So wanted you to dressed me, and I wanted you to be there in all my pics. Where were you when I was screaming youryour name with silent lips. I dreamt every night that you are pampering me, cuddling with me, making me smile. Then sudden, Tears start rolling down, Wet pillow and wet heart, and all I feel in my life's plot, Pain sorrow and heaviness of breath, No one here to wipe them away. Where were you when, I was dealing with my disturbed asics. Where were you when I was screaming your name with silent lips. Where were you when I was tired of pity full eyes, When I was fighting for my tries, Where were you when I was all alone screwed n scared. Where were you when I was distressed, clashed n crashed. Where were you when I failed in civics. Where were you when I was screaming your name with silent lips. But I know in deep down, You were always with me. Like stars in the sky, Like a wish , Like a pray, Like a ray of hope , Dancing on the mountain top. Like a blessing in hard time, Like a light in dark night, Like a scent of flower, Unseen untouched. But still I can feel. My mother, I know you are always with me... © 2015 lipika |
