In memory of June Wright - one of the very few special people that has ever entered my life. She was actually quite old when she passed. When I think back on her, however, this is how her spirit always appeared to me. Always be kind to children. You will never know how much this means, especially to those who come from broken homes, who are abused and neglected.

What a beeeautifully rendered 5-Crown of 6/6/8/6/6/8 Sheshire Sestets, Linda Marie, 'neath such an effulgent title that it virtually sings June's praises.
In perfect rhyme, dancing flow, and delicately-balanced meter, you've brought her glorious spirit vividly back to life in our minds, hearts 'n souls.
I so deeply relate to your love and gratitude for this amazing woman and her compassionate heart, as I, too, had my own June Wright … an aunt who took me under her gently caring wing when I was but a seven year-old stripling. She recited poetry to me and let me read her poetry books; eventually, teaching me the English Sonnet and Blank Verse forms, when I was nine.
Your June Wright reminds me so much of her … weren't we lucky kids to have had them!🌼
"She rippled with laughter;
and everyone loved her -
her numinous, luminous light.
Forever and after,
I always remember
she glistened with beauty so bright."
No one paints masterpieces with words as wondrously as You do.
It's no wonder I've always loved and admired you so …
thank you, Linda Marie ⁓ Richard🖌
Love this beautiful tribute poem that compare one of the most beautiful months with one who shines the same. Your work always amazes me,

A beautiful tribute Linda to one that shone both inside and out. How luminous was her light while she lived and how sadly she must be missed. Always be kind to children. Yes, some of them have a really hard time. Expertly penned dear poet. What a flourish your pen has.

I love the way I can read your verse as easily as gliding down an escalator, though the trip is far more exciting. Such a lovely tribute to an extraordinary embodied light. Fortunately, I've met people like this. They make a difference I'm not sure they ever fully understand.

Special people don't have to be famous. They walk among us all the time, just being what they are. The subject of this poem appears to have been one of these, an individual who felt the joy of life and demonstrated it to those who knew her. She reflected a "numinous, luminous light." Excellent rhyming and storytelling brought her to life for us for a moment here.

Thank you, John. If my poem presents a tiny fragment of her glimmer, I am pleased.
Poetry has been my passion since I was about fifteen years old, and I love the structure of rhyme and meter moreso than just randomly throwing words upon a page without any form whatsoever.
