The Most Beautiful Girl Ever SeenA Poem by Linda Marie Van TassellHe slipped into my world with a smile and has lingered ever since.
Waves wash over time and friends that were. Temporal years create a divide, but memories swirl and softly stir the ghosts of yesterday at my side.
He slipped into my world with a smile, his eyes shimmering a moonstone-blue, whispering words to ever beguile, that pierced the sky and my own heart too.
His words bathed me in a loving light; and I danced around the sun’s eclipse, filled with a joy, bounteous and bright, which spilled from the corners of his lips.
I lean into the echoes of Michael Brizendine, "You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen."
