The song of the seagullA Poem by LinearSea,Salt and SandSeas of ocean blue
Waves of a salty hue Swells of highs and lows Memories of life do flow White tipped waves pierce sand Wash clean upon the strand A lone walrus bellows it's cry Needs the maid to sing a lullaby Myriads of stars gleam in the night Sparkling light in the afterglow Dreams they float On ebb tide Waters trickle from these sad eyes In the distance the seagulls song is never heard Blending into the oceans Foamy spray © 2011 LinearAuthor's Note
