Mistress Sea

Mistress Sea

A Poem by Linear

The temporate waters beckon

entice as any woman can

To hold me

tenderly enfold me

in her saltiness

She arouses every sense

her fingers caress every open pore

Embracing me taking me deeper

and deeper

into her icy tomb

Soft seas silence

another body floats

drifting on noonday tide

Home at last

quiet now

just the lapping of her waves

a very good write! i just don't love it because you have written it so good, but because i feel great reading a poem about women, especially from a man's perspective :) thumbs up!

Your intimate imagery reminded me how much I miss the sea... Her powerful waves are a mystical music. Beautifully confessed.
