Mistress Sea

Mistress Sea

A Poem by Linear

The temporate waters beckon

entice as any woman can

To hold me

tenderly enfold me

in her saltiness

She arouses every sense

her fingers caress every open pore

Embracing me taking me deeper

and deeper

into her icy tomb

Soft seas silence

another body floats

drifting on noonday tide

Home at last

quiet now

just the lapping of her waves

Your intimate imagery in this piece makes me want to go to the sea even more.

This poem has a relaxing feel to it but I somehow can't help the thought that perhaps that ending is not a as happy as it looks
