I had such a wonderful awakening
sun shining through my windows

Birds singing sweet songs
insects busy about their day

Blue sky, warm breeze blowing gently
the fragrance of flowers in the air

What a beautiful day, a perfect day
a day of perfection as you walked in

A smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye

A lovely day to cherish
forever in my heart
