Ishmukk

Ishmukk

A Poem by Linda alexander

Ishmukk I heard a feeble noise
What is my name I tried to recall
An ocean of incessant waves of dreams
A kite tied to the fence and aiming for sky

Where is the mid ground fantasy or not
Where is my footage in my limping days
I see the crutches but I did not realize I fell
Christ fell three times and toddler too

A melancholic poem...even though it may be a dream; struggling with your inner self..wondering where you belong; hearing sounds .....who am I?... its seems that someone may be calling your name... it seems as though you fell, contending with perhaps some difficulty walking...you fell...didn't realize it; including Christ who also fell and toddlers who fall all the time...
Nice work!
Warmly, B
