Chembbaratthi poovu

A Poem by Linda alexander

Annu neeyyente mathram chembbarathi
Enno nee verum nonmbarrathi
Ente chankkennu ninacchora chembaratthi
Nee innum verum nonbarathi mathrammo

Those days you were my red Hibiscus flower.
Today you became a flower of painful memories.
I thought that flower was my heart.
Today that flower became mere achy heart.
