Can we run for the same goal

I want to be like that kid walking by the grocery store

There were four kids looked around  between nine and twelve, two boys and two girls

The nine year girl is tapping and dancing while four of them walking

The two boys were preoccupied with thoughts are we late to reach home

The nine year girl is enjoying, not disturbing, soft, gentle dance

She is comfortable with the world and she felt secure, no worries

I want to be like her, among the group

I will try, of course trial is worth than not even giving a chance

Ten years is the period of time, I will reach that goal

I started the journey already, this poem is the true sign of it

If I stay with this writing group, I will say for sure I achieved that goal or not

I think I started the journey already

I can't hold your hands, but will the ones with the same goals

Let us run this race together

It is a very short journey, and time clock is ticking

It is you alone and your mental make up that is only needed
