Sunshower

Sunshower

A Poem by lily platycorn
"

This is about when I walked out on a hike in the summer. It was like the sun was raining droplets of gold.

"
Molten gold has fallen down
Dappling leaves
Encrusting flowers
That softly sip
The golden nectar
Creamy buttercup yellow
Flutters down like a swarm
of butterflies
Dripping with copper.
