When will we fight back against those that have oppressed us?

Oh, how this world is cold
Filled with common tragedies
Of star crossed lovers
And heartless nature.
Why do we kill ourselves
And proceed to let others
Bathe in our blood?
A proceeding battle
With others blocking our way
To what is rightfully ours
All taken without sympathy
So many days I have seen my people
stomped on and lifeless
Under a "superior" who thinks
That we are not good enough
To roam the same planet as them.
How long are we going to
try and climb up from this abyss
They created with their blackened hearts
And crushed souls?
When, dare I ask,
will we rise against them
And finally fight back
Because we have had enough?

When will it end?
