Living in a Dream

Sleeping
Dreaming
Nothings real
Not here
castle bound
Waiting
Wanting..
To stay here forever
But as day breaks
It ends
As all good things do
The day drags on
And my wish to escape becomes greater
To just close my eyes
And once again be in my own world
Castle bound and wishing
Praying..
That i could stay here
Where all is good
And nothing can hurt me

I wrote this at like midnight so its not very well written. Oh well, I am a Midnight Crowe after all Haha I wrote this about a Dream, and a person in that dream though it may not seem like it. Enjoy!!

A near guard, giving her light

And the beauty
Of what true love is

Except in this midnight reverie
He stays by her side with a hope
That one day their ranks shall be as ghosts
And happiness may be their host
In this castle of ever after
For him no one else could possibly matter

A never ending torment for her
watching him from afar
Hes never seen her true form
just what he likes to see
the guard, asleep, she wakes from bed
and opens the windowless door
to the balcony of her tower
where she sheds into her true form
From the balcony she jumps
And flies with the Midnight Crowe

Purity lost in even a dove
His sight was true in seeing through
The facade she thought had him fooled true
She said that love was more than she deserved
When he said love was something not earned
