TwilightA Poem by SpiceCookieThe time when day turns into night.
A golden light is sinking.
It is the sun, a sphere of fire, a blinding fireball. The clouds are pink, purple, golden, silver, orange, and then dark as they fade into the sky. The heavens above are navy blue, dotted with the smallest twinkles of the far away stars. The light of the day is gone. But it promises to light our path again the next day. Until then, we have the moon, the stars, and the rest of the universe to watch over us.
