Aw, jeez. He's at it again. Why did I agree to do this again? Someone just drive a knife straight through my neck! Vein is DEAD! I can see it now.

 

"Fire, exactly why did you choose Rath as your master?"

 

SOMETIMES I WONDER MYSELF, AMARA.

 

Amara could hear the screeching of Rath's sword from a great distance, and it grated at her ears. The sparring had gone on for quite awhile now. Amara sighed, "Can't you guys give it a rest?"

The clatter paused for a second. Rath stared at her. "What part of 'loving to kill demons' do you not understand?" Apparently Vein didn't have any patience, because right after Rath's quote he instantly attacked. "At least you don't hesitate to fight!" Rath's one track mind, it was gonna be the death of him someday...

 

The red-head that appeared, from what Amara remembered, was Thatz, the Earth Dragon Knight, he stayed quiet the whole entire time, making an uneasy quiet fill the air. "You could show some enthusiasm."

"Where's the fun in that? You should be observing Rath's fighting skills and tactics." Amara sighed, twirling her hair around.

"I can't. It's impossible observing something that someone lacks. Besides, you being a Dragon Knight, why are you so lazy?"

"I'm not lazy, bored, but not lazy."

"No, you're lazy. Believe me, you're lazy. That's why you got those scars right? Cuz' you're too lazy to pick up that damn sword of yours."

SOMETIME LATER

Vein jumped back a few steps back, "Apparently you're too persistent. I'd much rather if you'd die already. I'm bored now." You could tell he took quite the beating. Rath was reckless and an idiot, but no pushover. After a slight pause in the air, Vein decided to leave, heading towards the Demon Forest.

Rath was irritated after that. He sighed sharply, "Damn brat." Amara glanced where she'd last seen Vein, she could sympathize Rath's irate behavior.
