Dragon Knights: Bloodshed 1

This is about Amara, Rath's kid.

 "Amara never ceases to amaze me." Cesia sighed, walking down the corridors, "Why Rath took her in I don't know why but SOMEHOW he's managed to rub off that sneaking out habit!" Shaking her head, she thought of how it happened in the first place.

 

A few months ago Cesia ran in to Amara, a spunky, feisty and a tad sassy tomboy. Amara was nice enough to agree to come to the Dragon Castle in order for some help. Before that happened Rath popped out of no where like always. While annoying Cesia, Amara mouthed off to him showing her reckless, and maybe arrogant, nature. Rath being Rath, this set off his temper, that's when Lykouleon arrived, intervening. After Amara calmed down, right off the bat Lykouleon asked Rath to mentor Amara, obviously he refused, but after being bribed with being able to kill demons as often as he pleased, well, he fell "hook - line and sinker"

 

"Well, she's his problem now! I'm not gonna help him ONE bit!" Stubborn as always...

 

After a few minutes, Amara returned, alone. "How's it hanging? Cesia." She said nervously, twirling her black hair around, Cesia waved to her, not seeming to show signs of ill will, "So where's - "

 

"Demon Forest, again, good thing you're independent," Cesia cut her off, the question obvious, "I don't see how you can actually listen to him, really, you're too stubborn and proud to really listen to anybody." She turned around, "Amara?" she turned again, "Have I been talking to myself that whole sentence?" She shrugged it off, knowing it was useless trying to look for her.

"Fire, nice seeing you here," Amara said, strolling through a random forest, Fire shook his head, "Right, sneaking away," Fire nodded. "Come on, it's not like - "

 

"Not like what?!" Amara jumped at Rath's sudden outburst and appearance, Rath leaned on his sword, apparently he had been Demon hunting not long ago, "Cesia's been nagging my a*s off telling me to look for you," Amara rolled her eyes, groaning. "Either way, this is the LAST time you're gonna - "

 

"I'm gonna sneak out blah, blah blah, I get it!" Amara cut in, meeting her superior's gaze, "I get the point," She added.

 

RATH'S P.O.V.

 

That damn Lykouleon suckering me into this! I would never had agreed to training Amara if he hadn't bribed me! It wasn't fair!Rath thought to himself, annoyed with Amara. She was like him in so many ways it was ridiculous, she was stubborn, arrogant, ignorant, feisty, not to mention it took a miracle to get her to listen to him. She was a super challenge to control, but a valuable kid with untapped talent, and Rath treated her as his own kid, even if he wanted to strangle himself right now. "Well, as long as I know where you are I guess it ain't a big deal, have fun." Rath waved goodbye, heading toward the Demon Forest.

 

AMARA'S P.O.V.

 

Amara sighed in relief as Rath left, "At least all you have is cue cards, eh, Fire?" Amara suddenly had the feeling she was being watched, tensing up, she yanked the hilt of her sword, Fire's head shot up to a large, oak tree not far up North, "Who's there?" She demanded.

 

"Well, looks like I just ran into a feisty one!"

That's nice. Loved it. That was interesting. So what kind of story is this? Fan fiction or your own?

this seems a bite jumbled, and a lot more dialog would be nice. You have a good start on this story.
