Rebirth of a Soul

Can you hear me calling?

Lost within the atmosphere of a dream

Writhing, undulating, and solidifying

I need your belief to be seen

Mortality was compromised

The spirit fled it’s cage

Adrift in a world of shadows

Life composes a new page

With new eyes, I now see

Viewing the same different than before

Free from elective blindness

Wholeness is restored

Floating here at the rim

As above so below

The gossamer thin line

Dividing the new from the old

I cannot stay here,

The light below is growing dim

My purpose is complete, my debts are paid
And now I must ascend

Rising higher and higher

Into the fiery storm

Radiance envelopes me

And I am reborn
