Broken band

My feelings and emotions
are strong in different ways
my heart filled with joy
as apart of me you became
like a storm beginning to happen
on a bright sunny Day
a band of smile a band of tears
a life that was delayed
the stretching and the pulling
tugging if the heart
the band is getting weaker
as we slowly grow apart
the holding hands
and i love you's
started fading away
and before i knew it
the band was broke
and our love was thrown away.
