Daddys Day

Daddys Day

A Poem by libby lou
"

This is one of the first poems I ever wrote. About my sperm donor Aka biological father who turned his back on me when I was 8 mnths old

"
Its daddy's day at school
and again i go alone
all the kids and their fathers
id much rather just stay home
why is it you've never cared
i was to young to do you wrong
your supposed to be my protector
teach me lessons of right and wrong
u left me at an Early age
not one memory do i have
anyone can be a father
but someone special to be a dad
tell me about my siblings
life on the other side
i wish that i could talk to you
but I'd hate to waste your time
do you ever think of me
do you even know my name
do you wish you'd don't things different
or was i just a big mistake
