I love you, Mom

I wrote this poem for my mom as a gift for Mother's day.

I love you mom

For making me strong when I was weak

I love you mom

For always telling me that my future is not bleak

I love you mom

For all that you have done for me

I love you mom

For having unconditional love the size of the open sea

I love you mom

For telling me "You are doing Fine"

I love you mom

For telling me this right after I whine

I love you mom

When I was scared you soothed the pain away

I love you mom

For always bringing light into my day

I love you mom

You inspire me with your strength

I love you mom

You inspire me with your brilliant mind length

I love you mom

Your smile is like the sun rising up on the horizon

I love you mom

You guidance is like the wind swaying me in the right direction

I love you mom

For being my earthly angel

I love you mom

For for loving me when I am fragile

I love you mom

To be your daughter is a honor

I love you mom

When my emotional storm gets windy, you are my anchor.

I love you mom

When I see you I see a warrior who will always fight

I love you mom

When I see you, you turn my dark days bright

I love you mom

Know that you are the one I adore

I love you mom

Know that I will love you forever more
