Pretty

I wish I were blessed

with long shiny hair 

and a straight white smile

that gleamed

with great sparkling eyes

bluer than the skies

and deeper than the seas

I wish I were blessed

with soft rosy lips

and a voice like a chickadee's song

small feminine hands 

skin caramel tan

and eyelashes dark and long

I wish I were blessed

with darling freckles 

a soft laugh

 and glowing cheeks

but instead I was blessed with an extravagant mind

which I'll accept instead of 

"pretty"

well, this write made me smiley today at Mid-Night and my review.. my words're came not from my mind but from Heart. Your a writer it seemed i think. You write from your true soul. Every stanza's filled and well written in your words by your hands but An Idea, the theme and the concept all came from your heart :) Your life experience pressurized you writing such a nice piece because i think yu've got too much confidence and it's a Strong Link here to you.
