He said,

he hasen't done anything.

But only if he knew,

what all he had done for her.

 

So maybe it physically wasn't him,

but to her,

his words

his mind

and his heart

are the things that helped her.

 

His words,

gave her a piece of mind

and told her

that it all wasn't worth it.

 

His mind,

the creator of all thoughts,

led her to believe that there was hope.

 

And his heart,

so caring and gentle,

put the love in his mouth

and gave him a better understanding.

 

She didn't know

if a thank you

would be enough,

but she settled with those words,

only for more of them to come.
