You may think that friends come in packages,

like a present,

but they don't.

Friends come in deals.

Not like the ones you can buy,

but more of you earn.

A friendship is like a jewel,

precious and beautiful,

but could bring out the worst

in someone.

At first, anyone can be your friend,

but it takes a true mind

to find out who your real friends are.

When you were little, it was,

the more friends the better.

And not it's the less, the better.

Time and truth,

are the two things needed in friendship.

And a friendship

is what makes time the truth.
