Blue and Yellow

Blue and Yellow

A Poem by 4ammonologues

The yellows are nothing
Compared to
The blues they replace,
I am sure.
But they are the creation of our guilty hands.
Do not mock me,
For we both have done wrong.
We both
Dangle on this string;
Reminiscing,
Lamenting over past lesions,
Regretting,
Resenting.
Make no mistake,
This odium is anything
But an illusion.
We dress ourselves in this deception.
