I've had a problem with self harm, and after months of going without, recently relapsed

It began at the elbow
Traced its way down
Nearer the blue
Tugging to go deep
Scarlett relief,
Dries, scabs, black
Guilt, heals, ribbons scar
Temptation, ribbons cut,
Open, no way back
