Daisies and Dandelions

Daisies and Dandelions

A Poem by Marc

Take me to your palace
Where quilts are made
With fabric weaved by time
Rest your weary head on my lap
As we ponder life's adventures
That are stranger than fiction
Let me brush your soft hair
With my fingertips
Until gentile whispers share the night
As we fall asleep
Embraced in warm dreams
Of tomorrow

But it's the Badlands though.

Marc, such tenderness and desire. Well written but too short.

Just sayin.

This is a revised edition. There is a previous version that is slightly different. ;)

Just read it. Had to read it a few times to soak it all in - I liked it that much.
A very lovely read.
