I stared off into space, not looking at anything yet at everything.
Though I can not deny that you have caught my eye.
I watch you without your knowledge.
Your laughter sings through my soul.
I watch you without blinking.
Your smile has my heart skipping.
Into this dark, obsessed haze I keep slipping.
My body seems to shake as a growl is heard from my chest.
Everyone fails to notice, such ignorance could have meant death.
Yet still, my eyes do not roam from you.
My hunger grows stronger, my need for you not subdued.
I finally make a decision and stand up from my seat.
Still you laugh with your friends, your back facing me.
I move forward, swift yet slow at once.
As I stand close by, your scent hits me hard.
My mouth waters for a taste, your pulse calling to be mine.
I am now by your side, I can't help but reach out for you.
Choosing to move slow, so as not to scare you in my haste.
I finally reach around, sinking my teeth in. Gods your taste.
Deeply drinking in your blood, only to lick up every drop so as not to waste.
I smile in satisfactory, my stomach full.
I move away and start walking towards the door.
Wanting more, but as I hear you laugh again with your friends I tell myself soon.
Soon you will forever be mine.
Forever I'll be able to quench my blood lust.
