Still I Stand Strong

Based off of my life, I mention the happenings and my feelings. In the end no matter what, staying strong is all any person can do..

My world is burning oh so slowly.
My heart heavy and my soul weary, I can not see my future too clearly.

As night turns into day, the stress in me climbs.
I am walking blind, my mind numb.
I just can not understand how I am still standing strong.

Breaking hearts as I walk by, losing friends left and right.

Lying and hiding secrets galore, I do not condone.

Betrayal, being controlled, my independence gone.

Always asking why all that I do goes wrong.

My world is burning oh so slowly yet still I stand strong.
