Tantrum

Tantrum

A Poem by Lepadah

You told me things that I did not understand
Things to hard to hear
Strait jackets and suicidal madness
What lingers deep within etchings on your notebook
Pen marks deep incisions
Razor graffiti
Are these demons available for conference
Or is it you they summon
Or do they arise when over the edge
They appear red deviled
Invisible chains anchor upon your arms
And I am force to restrain you
We are both exhausted
You fall asleep I lay there dazed and suddenly forgetful
Unable to comprehend the rage

Damn. You went in here... Us humans are so funny. We have so many personal demons, yet we obsess and analyze the demons of others. Loved this.

Powerful words, powerful feelings..

I don't know if this is fact or fiction but you've achieved something very real with your words.. you're the sympathetic and puzzled onlooker.

You write beautifully, and, without over-statement or frills.

Thank you.
