Out there

A force is pulling Tommy out to a place in the woods.

                          As the fog rolled in Tommy thought of why he was doing this, it was that he had gotten a tip about a killer he wanted badly. There was something that Tommy thought what might happen if he did have to face this killer. It was something that he had thought about a lot the past few years. That who ever this person was  the one that had killed his best friend John. They had grown up in a small town and went to  become cops, there was a gang that had come into the town that was making trouble. John went out to there ranch to see what was going on, what Tommy found out was as he went back to his car. That some figure came out and killed John The gang members said that who ever it was , that they were not part of there gang and did not know who the man was. There was just something that was strange that they might be saying that so they would not get in trouble.

                    All Tommy knew that he was in the woods at night and he just did not have a good feeling about all this. It could of been a trap to have the gang kill him. There was that thought that had crossed his mind, he knew that the guys that were from the gang were not to be trusted. So Tommy made his way to a clearing there he saw a man hanging from a tree. Tommy made his way to see that to his surprise that it was the man that he was looking for. What he knew that one of the members had told Tommy who it was. They were getting out of the gang and wanted to help Tommy to get the guy. Tommy stood there then a man came out from the house, he was a older man he seemed to know what was going on. " I know how you feel you wanted to kill this man, I to had tracked a man that killed my buddy many years ago. I found out later that the guy had hung himself. It was like the wind was just taken right out of me. I tell you this to let it go, or you will end up like I did. I just wanted to be a lone and I have been here for so long I forgot how long it has been." The man just sat there in the chair Tommy knew that what he was saying was the truth. That what he was feeling that he just had to let it go.

                 What he did not know he went up to thank the old man, he touched him and found he was cold. He might of been there to tell Tommy that. It was strange that was the reason why he was told to go out to this place. Tommy went back and he did forget the feelings that he had. That night he got down on his knees and prayed, he thanked God that he would not end up like that old guy. Tommy at that moment felt such peace it was that he had given the hurt and pain of getting back at that one guy, he gave it all up to God he was so great full. Give your life to the Lord before it is to late.
