Lie

About one man what he told people.

                       It was a hot summer day a man came out of his office, he looked down the road to see a figure coming. There was just something about that one person that he did not know, all Tom knew that he had fear about this person. She walked up to Tom and just stood there  was nothing spoken for what seemed like for ever. The people of the town did not know what to think about what was going on. Then they both went into the office then the people of the town went about what they were doing. Kelly just looked at Tom " You know that there is no evil spirt in that mountain, I know that there is something that you do not want anyone to know about. I came to find out what that might be for Corinne the mayor wants to know. I was told that she was told  you were up there many times in the past month." Tom just looked at Kelly , he knew what was up there and did not want any one else to know what was up there. What he did not tell anyone was that what was up there could hurt them. " We will go up there at day break and I will show what I have found up there. I tell you this that it is something that you will not believe, it was left by someone that was there before this town was."

                    Kelly did not know what she might find all she knew that she had to get to the bottom of what was going on. It was something that she had promised Corinne that she would find out what was going on with Tom. That next day she met Tom and they went up to the site there Tom lead Kelly into the cave, there she saw something that she never thought she would ever see. That it was some kind of bomb that was left by some one that knew how to put them together. There was signs that told that who ever this was got out of there in a hurry, it seemed like some one was after who ever this person was. Then she found the persons wallet there she found out that it was the father of Tom`s, that would be the reason why he tried to keep people out of the cave. He did not want people to know that his father was a man that made bombs. Tom was well respected in the town and he knew that this news would ruin him, so he made the story up.

                The   mayor thought it over and left things as they were it would be the best thing for the town and Tom.
