Cliff Hanger

The girl that broke my heart, left me to wonder what caused her to leave.

She was the girl who kept to herself

her secrets and emotions enclosed as a sealed book

The day she opened up,

was the day I began to read her story

Each new chapter revealing more about herself

than she wanted to show,

But the girl who was known to keep to herself,

allowed this one reader to have a glimpse of who she really is

A glimpse that lasted for less than a year,

but it only took that long for the reader to fall in love with her story

That's when she closed herself up again,

ending her story,

leaving the reader to wonder.

Author's Note

I have no idea what to do, except miss her whenever I stop thinking or doing something. I want this hurt to end.
