MIRAGE

I can not believe when i saw you there

I  waved and you smiled back.

My heart seems to stop a bit, is it really you?

You let me touch your lips, your eyes, your face,

and those strong arms used to wrap around me

Oh God  i missed them.

 

I closed my eyes and wished this moment to last forever

but in a glimpse of light, in the breaking of dawn

a shadow  fading away and my heart stops a bit

as my eyes opened i can not see you nowhere

but your warmth still lingers

my beautiful mirage.

Like waking up from a dream after having gone through a break up is what this reminds me of. To wake up in the bed where the other person used to be and yet... Description and flow was spot on, excellent read.
