Yes I Remember

Yes I Remember

A Poem by Annabeth
"

Yes the man remembers the Red Willow, where love always grew and the sun never get. Yes he remembers.

"
Yes,I remember The Red Willow
Where love always shone but never dimmed
Where birds sang softly and winds whistled.
Yes,I remember Red Willow
With grass so green and leaves that rustled
Where squirrels never burrowed and neither did love.
Yes,I remember The Red Willow
Where we kissed that cool summer day
We held hands, head together saying "I remember The Red Willow"
Yes,I remember The Red Willow
Where we first met my sweet
Where loved danced softly,as soft as the birds
Yes,I remember,where love never died
But now I must go, to where God loves, but remember I love you
Forever my love

After the poem is said the man kisses his love one last time. The man grew old of age and got very sick, the woman just wanted to keep him busy from worry.
