Inhaled By Centers

 

 

 

I get absorbed

 

inhaled by centers,

 

grasping all its fullness,

 

its entirety.

 

I feel everything

 

I feel edgelessness and fear

 

I feel death and life dance

 

with me..swing me about

 

in its routine of steps

 

the sway back and forth......

 

I hear rain and I listen intently

 

the pour and the drops

 

I grab each hand

 

I grab each pain, each wince

 

I wrap around each moments life

 

digesting its love and its hate

 

the rampage and peace

 

I feel living, I feel its breath

 

its delicacy of time

 

for it has befriended me in these dark strivings

 

of unacceptance

 

I feel a strength in the pumping of each beat

 

as I let go of each I have let in.......
