Marcelino

Marcelino

A Poem by Apple Green Sprite

You came out from that old door
stunned my life, awed with a gentle look
I stand amazed and that old dress I wore
With this lovely moment, I'm easily hooked
There's a bliss squirted out from my soul
and butterflies avalanched from my chest.

One moment you were with me
Oh, those lovely eyes! what a joy to reminisce
Suddenly I woke up and you were gone
I looked everywhere to see those eyes again.
We flew together but I'm left in a cold concrete
longing, for a thousand times more.

I wish you were not in that old door
But I know, I believe, I don't have to worry
In fact, you are just imaginary.

It's a very interesting poem ! Such powerful yearning in a fantasy world ...I hope the imaginary someone will turn up for real in front of that old door :-)
Good piece ! I enjoy reading it
