science poem

Large flat flexible tunable capacitor
a positive charged woven silver wire screen,
separated by a hot lithium diode insulated dielectric
then the fine woven wire of the lifter 
set the control swivel jumpers
the resin feather charging brushes
just as lightning flies upward
balancing the charge
the capacitor carpet has the catalytic charge
to repel up the potential levels of the earths ionosphere
a thousand volts per a foot
then in the hands of a skillful pilot
bound over mountains down the valleys
swift crackling flash of flat blue plasma
