What Materials are Suitable in Consumer Products Industry?

ABS

ABS cnc machining  is a very versatile thermoplastic engineering plastic that can be made parts with complex features and tight tolerance. Consumer products do require a premium quality surface finishes and stable dimension to set them apart in the marketplace.

Polycarbonate

PC material is known for it’s transparency, good heat resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, making it ideal option for the household appliances. The strength of PC material is very high, almost 60 % higher than ABS.

 

Aluminum

Aluminum is a widely-used metal in consumer goods due to it’s high strength-to-weight ratio as well as good corrosion resistance. Also, aluminum is easy to polish and anodize to make it more outstanding for exterior consumer goods.

 

PP

Hey people…. If spam like this, from bottom feeders who clutter the site, like this one, bother you. Have fun, and revenge. Do a Google search on the company name and, “reviews.” Then add a 1 star review of your own, one that says something like:

This company spams websites with poorly written “advertisements” that are unrelated to the site’s mission and clientele. They, obviously, don’t care about the people they annoy. For example, they spam a site like Writer’s Café an spot where writers post their work, with what’s listed as a story, but is, in reality, poorly written spam for this company. Is this really a company you want to deal with, or trust?

Yeah, right... I'll trust a company that's reduced to spamming a writer's site with a pretend "story." Of course, they must be reliable. After all, someone who claims to work for them says they are.

I'd like to know who came up with the brilliant idea of advertising a manufacturing company on an amateur writing site—who thought that company directors spend their spare time writing fiction.
