Lifted Burdens

Lifted Burdens

A Poem by Une coccinelle
"

How does a tiny tear lift the weight I can hardly bear?

"
Loosing, loss. Thoughts swirl. No words will do. The unfamiliar drop summing up all the heart knows is true. Grief for what has to be, letting go reluctantly, as tears come one by one.

How does such a tiny year lift the weight I can hardly bear? How does it heal the broken soul?

Only God knows.
