Unfinished Story

A guy pissed me off so I wrote a poem about him

He stands. 

Poised with an air of arcane allure. 

A facade so real to the vapid souls

Failing to challenge the incongruence therein.

Enchanted by the powerful, the stunning levin.

He advances.

Words masquerading as genuine affection. 

Hidden within poignant messages overflowing 

In the richness of unspoken fallacy. 

Bestowing a state of uninvited curiosity. 

He stands.

Reticent yet all too transparent.

Words and poise a mere vignette 

Perfected as a hedge yet truly unprotected.

The esoteric insights of few neglected

He turns away
