sad poem

i wrote this a year ago, i havent even edited this, ever. i was so sad, and i just wrote my feeling, near a window, with a cement wall blocking my view.

as seconds tick by,
as time passes away,
and turns to gray,.
my heart aches.
my spirit shatters.
trying to break free.
from the chains of lonliness. trapped in a world where everyone hates me.
my eyes weeeps,. my heart is stuck in a cage.
i cry for every tear there is to spare.
slowly dying.
as hours, every second of golden time,
burns away.

If i could just fly,
away, to peace and happiness
ive been longing all this time.
to break free.
To experience reality.
Though im just with me, my heart in my own hands.
It is pure happiness,
to watch as the golden sun sinks,kissing the earth,
and the colors in the sky,coming to life.

How beautiful life can be.
If i could just break free.
Reality is all around me,
the beauty of God's creation,
so close, but so far away,
Everywhere just out of my reach.
