Poetic License or My Flaws

I begin talking and my mind kicks into gear...

no no not like that.. what i mean is.. or do I...

my mind and thoughts go scattered every where and end up being altered and changed just for the rhyming sake or the word position...

does it sound better that way ..

or is it just a form of ...

poetic license.

I found the title to be especially intriguing so I clicked. It seems to be something I experience every now and again. The thoughts are scattered, but still hanging on by a thread. Actually in the end it makes me even more curious.
