Mantic Dreams

Mantic Dreams

A Poem by Larry Dyson
"

vampires in prose

"

In the labyrinth of your mantic dreams...

Sardonically rollling  tongue off your double labret...

Envisioning perverted scones of essense...

Perfected pastries of jellied realities.

As I place my hands and mind upon your guidance...

You breathe to Me in the realms of exploration...

Your mouth tastes of the promise of togetherness...

Your skin of the Milk and Honey of openess...

Your hidden places of the closure of explosion.

Salty Ooze of Clotting redness..Our concentration ..

Solely Manifested.

Stunning, short but a sweetness born from the chosen jeweled words that sing through the images created.

Oh wow!
Nothing else needed..all voiced and explore in concise terms....brilliant!

"Your mouth tastes of the promise of togetherness..."......superb line! xx

This is sensual without being over done. The wording is creative and captured my attention. Love this piece.

Interesting voice. Seemingly a simple love poem. but complexities abound...layered, and somewhat darker....not in the way of evil....more like mystery. I like it.

I'd have loved to see you extend this poem and develop the mystery of her dream further. But that's just nit-picking; I enjoyed this.
