Ladies of Mystery

Ladies of Mystery

A Poem by Larry Dyson
"

playful poem of my mind

"

they come and go ...

as dragons do.

ether once and now...

cloudy solidity memory reproduces.

scales they are ...

and fiery pumice breathed.

winged creatures medevil...

clawed hands and feet.

turn of tail as reptile does....

lace fins and sails remindful of.

ladies of mystery in My dreams

this is mythical and takes us to a different time and place in dreams.

I think you will be remembered as a man with a brilliant imagination that shines all the way into the worlds he creates. Excellent piece.

An interesting fantasy mix of a creature... these 'ladies' seem to be elegant, fearsome and intriguingly grotesque at the same time. Very original and expressed with brevity.

I wish my dreams were more like yours. Mine are monochromatic and usually far from peaceful. Thank you for the lovely experience. I hope your poem influences my dreams.

I love the comparison of ladies to dragons. Very unique and terrifically creative.

This is really good, it made me laugh a bit at the symbolism. Great Job =)
