Winter Come and Gone

Winter Come and Gone

A Poem by Larry Dyson

Come and Gone She has...

howling blizzard winds die down to be ..

Replaced by gusting warmer storms ..

Flying leaves as natures kites.

Ahh.. March is here and the rains will come and go..

bringing the yellow overcoats of promises of ..

Newer growths..

Flowers to don their bonnets of color.

Beautiful glimpses of the coming of spring.. rising amidst the dying screams of winter. Just loved the line about leaves flying as natures kites. Come on spring!
