The perfect guy

i wrote this when i was 12

I used to always try 

To find the perfect guy

Could there be a guy who would love you

One that will always stay true

He would always stay by Your side

Whose love would never die 

Who will stay duringthe good times and bad

Who would confort you when you were sad

He would take me out to dinner

and show me off to his friends

He would be there when iwas scared to hold my hand

    

Whos love for you shall never end

Who is also your best friend

But then I always thought none of this could be true

That was until I met you

The last stanza was absolute perfection, Lauren. "Whose love for you shall never end/Who is also your best friend/But then I always thought none of this could be true/That was until I met you". Though the flow is a little questionable, it's so sweet and romantic. And it's so true, how your love is also your best friend (not like I would know, but I know I hope that's how it is).
