Memories.

Memories.

A Poem by funeralmoon

forgotten memories

like a thing misplaced

they remain here

and never decay

but I had healed almost completely

and you were only a ghost

for i let you go

the one I loved most

but what do I do

when you come back to my door

what do i feel

when you want this once more

I have forgot of you

and now you call my name

but if i return

will our love be the same?

Oh yes, this is just lovely. I really like it...and it has this sad tone to it. I don't know how to say it. In fact, I'm horrible when it comes to saying what I "think" but I'll try....this is a beautiful write, and there's is so much emotion and I just love it. Great Job :)

I've never read any of your work that was like this piece before, and usually don't like downfalls or turning from a desired style, but I thought this was really good.
This piece is set out in four stanzas, all in which have the same rhythmic scheme, and the emotion runs deep in it, actually pretty raw I must say, and reflects on how memories can affect a decision and how a second chance can be a possible answer.
Overall, passed the rant, this is good, keep it p moon.
