Violin

Violin

A Poem by funeralmoon
"

"this is for my passion..."

"

Like a siren

it calls my name

like a drug

its in my veins

"sing to me my violin

sing with your broken love

cry to me oh violin

with tears from above"

i brake through my silence

with a sharp dark sound

and with my bow

i cant be found.

It calls my name

it draws me to its embrace

this connection ,almost lust

this music is my place

the bleedings of my heart

come out with every stroke

the gentle touch of the strings

feels like a heart still broke.

"sing to me my violin

sing with your broken love

cry to me oh violin

with tears from above"

this serande this sonata..

this fleeting romance

will guide my heart to another place

where music is the dance.

Another good poem. I play electric keyboard and i know when you get going playing an instument it can make your blood boil and heart race to the beats.

As a musician I can highly respect the entire poem and identify with every word. It's irresistible, it's home. Music holds the heart and never lets it go. I'm a saxophonist personally, but there is a pull in every musical sound that beckons the ones who accompany musicians into the voyage of sound that must be answered. Keep playing your violin as well as you write, and never let the song in the hearts of you and your violin fade.

Simply beautiful, poignant to any artist in general, the sensations and emotions given away with your words was just fantastic. I consider myself devote to music, so every time I see writings like this one I cannot help but write of the greatness of what I've read. Trully marvelous, I'd say even outstanding, dedicated to one of the most beautiful instruments of the world, the violin, member of the string family, which, in my opinion, is the one which creates the most beautiful sounds. Excellent writing.
