1. Morning Rain

Lil Red is the main character.

The Thunder boomed down, the lighting zapped every 10 seconds and the rain was coming down in buckets!, Lil Red was not looking forward to going to her Granny's but because her Granny was very old Lil Red decided that she would. Lil Red stared out the window for a few more minutes and then decided to get up, first Red decided to brush her short brown curls and get dressed. She grabbed her jeans from her drawer her white T-Shirt from her cupboard then went downstairs, Red got a quick whiff of bacon half way down the stairs and ran all the way to the kitchen until her mother shooed her out and made her sit down at the table. Red waited impatiently for her eggs and bacon but amused herself by flipping through the music channels on TV, a few minutes after Red found a good channel, her mother put down her breakfast. Red just stared at her breakfast of eggs, bacon, tomato, toast and fried mushrooms but after 30 seconds her breakfast had just disappeared off her plate and into her stomach. "Wow, Red, were you hungry?" asked Janette, Red's mother

"No!, Pssshhhh!, What are you talking about?" Said Red, Red was a horrible liar, so she never really lied unless it was about little things like that.

"Right!" Said Janette sarcasticly. Red ignored her mother and went upstairs to brush her teeth. By the time Red had brushed her teeth it was 9:45, so it was time to go.
